How to order rollers?

1. Tell us the roller length: the length of the items plus 50mm~150mm, please.

2. The thickness and diameter of rollers: Average the weight of item to the touched rollers, calculate the loading weight of each roller, then decide it. At least 3 rollers to support the conveying item at any time to ensure the steady working all the time.

3. The material and surface treatment: depending on the different working environment, decide the material and surface treatment (such as galvanized, stainless steel, chem-black or rubber lagging).

4. The assembly method: According to the conveyor system requirements to choose the assembly method, such as spring shaft, female threaded, male threaded, mortise, half mortise, hexagon shaft, pin shaft and hollow tube shaft
